Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). A signature may be required.
Two-Day Delivery
If requested, your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. A signature may be required.
Overnight Delivery
If requested, your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. A signature may be required.
In Store Pick Up
In store pick up is available, free of charge, for our customers located in the New York Metro area at the Vanessa Noel New York boutique (located at 158 East 64th St, New York, NY, 10065, between Lexington and Third Avenue). If requested, your order will be available for pickup within 2 business days if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note in store pick up orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and available within two business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up.
Please have your order number, email confirmation, and photo identification ready when picking up your order. A signature may be required.
In store pick up is based on store hours, which are Monday through Friday between 10am and 6pm, and Saturday between 11am and 6pm.
Please note, if you have chosen in store pick up and plan have the order picked up by someone other than the designated web purchaser whose name is included with the billing information, please send us an email with “In Store Pick Up” and your order number in the subject line, and a message containing the name of the person picking the order up. They will be asked to provide us with the name on the order, the order number, and their own photo identification.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of unworn and unaltered merchandise within seven days of receipt of your order for an exchange or merchandise credit. Your merchandise credit excludes the cost of shipping. Merchandise credit will not expire.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Worn or altered merchandise cannot be returned.
Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your return.
Please be advised that returns of orders with In Store Pick Up will be accepted for exchange or merchandise credit within seven days of receipt of the email confirmation that the order is ready for pick up.
How to Make a Return By Mail
If you wish to return an item for merchandise credit, please email us at WebStore@VanessaNoel.com.
In your email please include the following:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
Once we receive your email we will send you a Return Authorization Number. Please be sure to keep this number for your records. Returns will not be accepted without this number.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative size or style, we suggest that you return it for a merchandise credit and purchase the new item separately.
Shipping Your Return
On the packing slip that was enclosed with your order, please record your Return Authorization Number. Your Return Authorization Number must be included with your order to enable the processing of your return.

How to Make a Return In Store
VanessaNoel.com purchases may be returned to the Vanessa Noel New York boutique (located at 158 East 64th Street, New York, NY 10065) for exchange or merchandise credit within seven days of receipt of the order. Please be sure to bring all paperwork enclosed with your order.
Please be aware that VanessaNoel.com orders with In Store Pick Up may be returned to the Vanessa Noel New York boutique within seven days of receipt of the email confirmation that the order is ready for pick up.
Store Purchases
Any Vanessa Noel merchandise purchased in store should be returned for a merchandise credit or exchange at the Vanessa Noel store where it was purchased.

Any special pricing or promotions are exclusive of the Vanessa Noel online web store and not valid in any retail location.

The total dollar amount of your order is deducted from your account at the time your order is placed. A receipt is included with each order. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically cancelled.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
